Scope of Work
The 10th and Yamhill garage supports Portland’s economic and transportation goals, allowing downtown customers and visitors to park economically and walk to retail, restaurant, and cultural destinations. The garage is centrally located within the retail core and along key routes for both the MAX and Streetcar.
Central Geotech was retained as a COBID Certified Prime Consultant to help with construction observation of micropile installation within the new elevator shafts being constructed in a bustling downtown urban location.

Results
Observations and reporting for micropile installation was successful. Our highly qualified staff performed work within budget and returned reports same-day throughout pile installation. As a COBID Certified Firm, we provided an attractive package as a subcontractor for City work.
The project continues through structural design and completion.
